新銳設計師，第一位登上紐約時裝周的臺灣設計師，受邀參加東京、北京與首爾等國際時裝週，同時不斷嘗試各種跨界創作，包含義大利精品傢具Moroso、法國品牌Saint James、英國品牌Barbour 與日本三麗鷗等。創立品牌AUSTIN.W 以及副牌the grey，2017 年更獲法國Louis Vuitton 評選代表臺灣之品牌。
Austin Wu is the first Taiwanese designer who ever had a show during New York Fashion Week. He was invited to attend international fashion weeks in Tokyo, Beijing, and Seoul. He constantly tried to collaborate with different brands in many fields, such as with Moroso, Saint James, Barbour, and Sanrio. He also has his own fashion brand, AUSTIN. W, and subsidiary brand, the grey, and was nominated as one of the representative brands in Taiwan by Louis Vuitton.

《我們在宇宙是否形單影隻？》
Are we in the universe alone?
《我們在宇宙是否形單影隻？》創作靈感來自宇宙天文的奧秘，2019 年是人類登月50 周年紀念，吳日云特別以此為主題，期盼透過時尚與天文的跨界，引發民眾對於天文星象的興趣。至於「我們在宇宙是否形單影隻？」他認為，我們都曾想像過沒有地球後的日子，擔心從此孤單一人，但是我們生命中美好的記憶會跟隨著我們到其他行星，因此我們不會是一個人。
His artworks in the exhibition is inspired by cosmic mysteries. The year of 2019 marks the 50th anniversary of the first human landing on the moon. Wu has drawn inspiration from the infinite universe to create this series, which also sparks viewer's interest in astronomy. Also, through this series of artworks, he'd like to show that we all imagine days after earth, and worry about being alone; however, our beautiful memories in life will be in our hearts to other planets. Thus, we are not alone.
